Exchange & Refund Policy سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. 
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange الأهلية للاسترداد/التبادل

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with the sealable ticket. The original invoice is required to complete your return.

 يجب أن تكون العناصر غير مستخدمة، في نفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها، وفي التغليف الأصلي مع تذكرة الختم. الفاتورة الأصلية مطلوبة لإكمال إجراءات الإرجاع الخاصة بك.

Refund Process عملية الاسترداد:

Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. If approved, your refund will be processed. If not approved, the item will be returned to you.
 الفحص: بمجرد استلام المرتجع، سيتم فحصه من قبل فريقنا. إذا تم الموافقة عليه، سيتم اتمام استردادك. إذا لم يتم الموافقة، سيتم إرجاع العنصر إليك.
